Staff Opportunities

A prerequisite for joining staff with in YWAM is a Discipleship Training School (DTS). Whether you join for a couple of years or stay for life you are in for an amazing faith adventure!

No one in Youth With A Mission receives a salary. Each person, from the newest volunteer to the International President, is responsible for his or her own needs. Some staff receive regular support from a home church, friends or family, while others rely on provision from different sources.

YWAM has purposely chosen to emphasize personal support raising as the primary means of funding for our staff. Although we recognize there are many other valid ways of financing ministry, the way we have chosen is based on Biblical principles and has enabled us to include tens of thousands of people each year from over 130 countries in the task of fulfilling the Great Commission.

DTS leadership openings:

Looking for experienced DTS leader(s) to help pioneer an "Urban Community"-DTS (UCDTS). Ideal candidate is someone who has led at least 2 DTS schools and outreaches. Come join the fun in reaching out to university students and urban professionals.
